Shipping Policy

Felicia Paints currently offers flat rate $3.99 shipping to the US, with free shipping on orders over $35. International shipping is not currently available. Please check back soon.

Return Policy

All Watercolor Box and Kit purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. Returns are not accepted on the box or individual items. If your Box does not arrive or product is damaged or missing, Felicia Paints must be notified via email at hello@feliciapaints.com within two (2) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If Felicia Paints is not notified within the specified timeframe, Felicia Paints can no longer be held accountable for the missing or damaged items and may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.

Paint Night and Event admissions and ticket sales are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event. Any reservations may be changed, transferred, or refunded within 48 hours at the sole discretion of Felicia Paints.

Custom Art Policy

Custom artwork commissions are final sale and non-refundable. A deposit of no less than 40% of the total is due before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Custom artwork completion time varies per project and will be discussed prior to any payment.

Group & Corporate Event Policy

Group and corporate events must be confirmed by Felicia Paints in writing in order to guarantee requested reservation dates. Date requests are not guaranteed and will be confirmed or modified as needed to best fit the needs of both parties. Felicia Paints will bring and provide all supplies needed for the project. Host will need to provide tables and chairs, and access to water. Paint Nights and Corporate events are charged at a base rate of 10 painters. Additional cost for extra painters and travel fees may apply.
